In June 2019, the Bureau of Work Safety and Environmental Protection of Taicang Port Economic and Technological Development Zone carried out on-site inspection on the project with an annual output of 20000 tons of cutting fluid, 10000 tons of cutting fluid, 10000 tons of equipment oil, 4000 tons of cleaning agent, 13000 tons of mold release agent, 10000 tons of spinning oil, 8000 tons of quenching fluid (oil) and 25000 tons of vehicle lubricating oil, and approved that the first phase project would not be accepted temporarily

In July 2018, the project with an annual output of 20000 tons of cutting fluid, 10000 tons of cutting fluid, 10000 tons of equipment oil, 4000 tons of cleaning agent, 13000 tons of mold release agent, 10000 tons of spinning oil, 8000 tons of quenching fluid (oil) and 25000 tons of vehicle lubricating oil was approved by Suzhou Municipal Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau for environmental impact review
