Water treatment

Under reduced pressure, it is generally used to separate substances that are easily decomposed when heated to boiling point under normal pressure, or combined with other distillation methods (such as steam distillation) to reduce distillation temperature and improve separation efficiency. Separation and purification of metal alkoxides, etc. Vacuum distillation is also used for deep purification of certain types of special gases. Some compounds have high boiling points. To make such compounds boil, it is best to reduce the pressure at which the compound boils instead of increasing the temperature. Once the pressure drops to the vapor pressure of the compound (at a certain temperature), the compound begins to boil and distillation can proceed. This technology is called vacuum distillation and is commonly found in laboratories in the form of vacuum vaporizers. This technology is very useful for compounds whose boiling point exceeds their decomposition temperature at atmospheric pressure, and attempts to boil such compounds at atmospheric pressure will cause them to decompose.

Distillation separation method for oily wastewater

The repetition rate of industrial water use is an important indicator for the construction of ecological cities in China, and also a "green indicator" for measuring the political performance of local officials. It has been included in mandatory industrial wastewater treatment standards in many economically developed regions; In the context of the increasing shortage of water and other resources and the urgent need for environmental pollution control, the development trend of industrial wastewater treatment is to recycle water and pollutants as useful resources and implement closed-loop circulation. This can be divided into comprehensive recycling of water and pollutants, with water and pollutants being recycled separately. Structural filtration system, heating distillation system, control system, cooling separation system, collection and discharge system, with the function of decomposing oily industrial wastewater into about 95% clean water and 5% waste oil through distillation.

The distillation separation method for oily wastewater utilizes vacuum distillation concentration to remove concentrated pollutants and 5% cold condensation treatment, achieving 95% reuse of distilled water and achieving environmentally friendly wastewater treatment with zero discharge and pollution. To solve the above problems, the present invention implements a distillation and separation method for oily wastewater through the following scheme, and the steps of the method include:

1. Vacuum evaporation is used for industrial wastewater vacuum evaporation, where the water in the wastewater is vaporized into gas;

2. Distillation treatment and condensation treatment are used to liquefy and separate the evaporated gas through distillation. The separated water is subjected to condensation treatment, and 90% -95% of the water is distilled before entering the industrial cycle for reuse;

3. Concentrate pollutants, concentrate the remaining pollutants after evaporation of wastewater, and concentrate 5% -10% of the waste;

4. Pollutant discharge refers to the discharge of concentrated pollutants. In step 2, the method of distillation treatment is distillation method, which involves distillation and condensation of gas through vacuum evaporation to form distilled water. After ultrafiltration through an ultra strong filter, 90% -95% of the distilled water is condensed and discharged, while reducing nearly 95% of waste. At the same time, bacteria are killed, odor spread is reduced, and clean water resources are reused in industry. In step 3, concentrate the pollutants, concentrate 5% -10% of the waste, filter and separate each waste gas, and finally discharge the waste to achieve zero emission effect.

The effect is as follows:

1. Breakthrough of "zero liquid discharge" and "zero pollution";

2. The treatment cost is reduced, and the clean water treatment process generates clean water. No sewage discharge, no need to register with government departments.

3. The wastewater is concentrated by vacuum evaporation to form 5% -10% of the waste, while distilling 90% -95% of the water to condense and discharge, reducing nearly 95% of the waste while killing bacteria and reducing the spread of odors. 95% of water resources are recycled and discharged, and only 5% of wastewater is concentrated;

4. Evaporation concentration under low temperature and vacuum conditions, environmentally safe design, achieving 24-hour fully automatic operation and automatic cleaning function.
